Opened in 1901, Le Beaulieu was the first-ever French restaurant in Hanoi. The marble floor, pillars, and other contemporary design elements are all inspired by the sophisticated but welcoming traditional restaurants in Paris. The decor is a unique blend of Indochinese ambiance and French sophistication : marble and wooden parquet floors, large windows overlooking the street, soft breeze wafting from the ceiling fans, lit by chandeliers at night.

Râble rôtie a l’abricot sec, ragout des cuisses en cromesquis, crème d’ail, pommes grenailles, morilles au vin blanc, jus au thym

Sélection de fromages fermiers affinés
